As a local citizen of Torrance, CA. And I do a lot of nightlife throughout Los Angeles. This weekend I will be looking over my shoulder twice and obeying all traffic laws. I almost dont want to go out at all.

Just last month, cops gunned down a guy fleeing from the scene of a club. What wasn't released was how many bullets they used. Witnesses said they shot more than 30+ into the vehicle, stopped to reload and unloaded again. In that photo last night on the front page, there are more than 20+ visible bullet holes in that truck. I can take the odds of missing one bullet, but 20+ is terrifying.

I live within a mile of where the helicopters flying last night.

There were four, all dual-rotors (I believe Chinooks, two came South from Camp Pendleton and the other two came from the North), all at different altitudes. The most mysterious part was that at one point they switched to a stealth/quiet mode and the noise level dropped in half.

That's not possible. Maybe they landed? You can definitely tell the difference between Chinooks and Blackhawks. No helicopter is silent.

It was night, couldn't be sure of the copters.

None of them landed.

This happened over my house about a week ago. I could hear the helicopter coming from pretty far away. Ya it's tough to say. The fact that Chinooks are in the air is more suspicious than anything. Could you make out the Chinooks at all? Did they have refueling booms on the front I only ask because SOF use them mostly. It would be interesting if SOF forces in the air and on the ground.

I know at least two of them were, and given that they split North/South it may have been two Chinooks from Camp Pendleton and some other helicopters from the North.

In the slight light there was, it did not appear that they were a lighter color. Most likely dark green or black.

Try this link. I read through the PDF hosted on ClearChannel and this link definitely has more in it than what I first read. The original manifesto I read did not mention any celebrities what so ever. What was in it was entirely meant for the LAPD and that's it, no one else.
