I totally get what you're saying, as if they are actually trying to further propagate the false dichotomy we are presented with (knowing full well that both parties represent the banks)... but I think you might be looking at things in the wrong light.

Us vs. Them (or the other) has been a constant theme in human psychology for so long now... and tbh I think they are genuinely trying to play off the RED vs. BLUE Team Fortress theme.
