What WOULD happen if DPRK does have a cobalt warhead and it is launched over Japan and then shot down? Do you have a source that says it won't rain cobalt -60 on the island? That's wikipedia, technically speaking. It still does not back your claim as theoretical does not make practical or tried. It is again claimed by one man to kill all life. But where does he back this up at? Hell cobalts half life is 5.27 years. There's other metals with way more than that that output more gamma, beta, and alpha than it does. Is life dead because of those? No.
