That part of the story is weird, I heard they robbed it and I also heard that the showed up coincidentally when there was a robbery. Either way they killed a cop and the younger brother ran, so they're guilty.
Well there's the pictures of him having a back pack and then the back pack missing when he left and then they apparently told the guy the took the car from that they did bomb the marathon.
His brother is reported to have been wearing a suicide vest with a detonator when killed. If true, does not directly link them to the marathon bombing, but kind of terroristy.
I saw this in another thread here, and explained perfectly why evidence hasn't been released as of yet.
They're trying to build a case. Giving that out to the public makes it difficult to build your case. If a defense lawyer sees all the evidence beforehand, they can destroy you in court. This is still a criminal case and the suspect is innocent until proven guilty. It doesn't matter if you have really good evidence. Their job is to convince the jury and they can come up with bullshit reasons for why the evidence is bs. Remember the OJ Simpson case? I'm sure they thought it was in the bag. Then the glove didn't fit. OJ had a good lawyer who knew how to convince a jury. You never show your cards too early.
