I have yet to find a good source for Anonymous videos. They just seem to randomly appear on the corners of the web with no real logic.
Are there any videos from them about PRISM/Edward Snowden etc?

Once I heard that they released personal information of clients on Playstation network I knew they were government agents. A real hacker would release information on the horrible employees of a company, not credit card information of the users of the service. Look at the intent. They are bullshit.

I'm an outsider, my observations are circumstantial. I was referring to an earlier ANON video that was specifically addresses to a small group of people in the know. I believe ANONDAD posted it. This was a month or so ago, maybe a bit longer. I'm pretty sure I've met ANONDAD but I'm keeping that to myself for privacy reasons.

No. Anonymous asked him to leak something, they asked 4 people in the LA area to activate a plan that they had in place. I don't know what the leak contained but its all designed to precipitate civil uproar. Much of the leaks coming out right now are coordinated. They people responsible are playing with cards held very close to the chest, and everything is designed to trickle out and under contingency.

Anon isn't a centrally-controlled group, but rather a collection of activists - "hacktivists - who meet in an on-line chat room to discuss activities. However, like darekkir shows above, the most famous hacktivist, lulzsec, was found out and blackmailed by the FBI into entrapping other members of Anon. Now, there is heavy FBI involvement in Anon...they aren't the beacon of hope you or I were looking for

I really hope that Anonymous decides to show the American people what is really happening on a massive scale. Like taking over the Internet and television to broadcast the truth. That video gave me hope that We the People will prevail. I just hope that we aren't too far down the rabbit hole already.
