The real reason Paula Deen has been crucified in the news

Hello /r/conspiracy. I'm new here, and didn't know where else to post this. I've figured out the reason Paula Deen has seemingly come out of nowhere in the news.
- The biggest advertiser on MSM? Pharmaceutical companies.
- Many "news" stories are actually advertisements disguised as news.
- Paula Deen is/was the spokesperson for Victoza, a diabetes drug by the company Novo Nordisk.
- The demographic most affected by Diabetes: African-Americans.
- Eli Lilly, another pharma company, has a new diabetes drug on the scene.
- According last week's article from Medical, Marketing & Media, Eli Lilly is priming for a marketing duel.
Given all that, what's the best way to start taking down an opposing product? Take down the spokesperson first. Especially if you can do it in regards to your target demographic. Paula Deen is just a pawn. Poor girl.

i knew there had to be an underlying reason for this. Her falling from grace for saying Nigger years ago? Uncanny and only possible if she pissed someone off.

Her saying nigger didn't bother me at all. The comment about her wanting a Civil War era-style party with middle-aged Black men as servers was more damning. Combine that with her employees accusing her, her husband AND her brothers of making sexist, off-color and racist jokes on a daily basis and it's understandable why she fell from grace. Maybe those companies accelerated her fall for their own motives, but her own actions started it.

Her brother or husband or somebody is involved in a civil suit, and she gave a deposition and that's when she made the comments. The deposition wasn't that long ago.

So you mean that Randy Quaid and his wife were right?
In an interview she mentioned that sometimes opposing ad companies/companies will take down the other companies' spokes person with whatever scandal they can find.
The interviewer made her look crazy for saying it -- and Randy himself tried to stop her because he knew how crazy and paranoid it sounded...
But it's true? That's a real thing?
Is there any actual verifiable evidence that this happens?
Are 'Star Whackers' actually real?

I would assume that the Treyvon Martin case and comparing the word nigger to nigga/ Paula Deen story will get some little seeds of racial hatred stewing.
