Adam Kokesh is still in jail. Why?

He's been in jail so long it seems like people are starting to forget about him. It's OUTRAGEOUS that he has spent this much time incarcerated. For what? Kokesh is being made an example of it seems, and it's pretty gross.

It's obvious that he is being made an example of, to intimidate others who might use civil disobedience to oppose the Obama Administration and the Democrats. It is indeed outrageous that he has been locked up for so long, for doing essentially nothing, when he is no danger to anyone.

a lot of people spend time in jail after getting arrested and are awaiting trial, if they cannot post bail.
