Also it wouldn't be useful. You may succeed in digging it up, but that wouldnt constitute proof for anyone but yourself unless that digging was done under control and authority.
So what would one do, youtube it ? Easy to deny : "it was staged, it wasnt the real grave, the bodies were moved and we didnt tell you, yada yada"
The burying is a good angle of enquiry though, what do we have as evidence, has anyone seen the bodies, etc.
Might be easier to just do a sonograph rather than to exhume the bodies. But people will just say that it wouldn't be definitive enough though. Which get real, a year old corpse is hardly proof of anything these days... It's not like there will be some clue down there.
