Reddit Infiltrated ?
40 2014-03-29 by [deleted]
It is well known the Reddit spans a vast variety of subject, and interest groups. this site can influence a wide range of pop culture, serves to inform vast amounts of people about global current events, and host possibly the largest collection of cat pictures ever amassed since the destruction of the great library of Alexandria. Reddit is a powerful tool, and one of the last outlets of free media.
nearly a quarter of a million people subscribe to this subreddit alone, and that doesn't even begin to consider all of the lurkers, and I don't even know the amount of traffic the site gets on a given day. The information that finds it way to Reddit is shared with countless people outside of the Reddit community, making this on website a very valuable and strategic point in the struggle to keep information and the internet free.
If any one doubts the influence of Reddit just type wordbank into Google images.
With that being said, I believe Reddit is potentially heavily infiltrated by the nefarious government and corporate powers that be, and probably a few reptilian shapeshifters thrown into the mix. the recent post about tesla banned from /r/technology?, what about the facebook shills?
the users of Reddit do a great job of uncovering stuff like this, and debunking hoaxes and what not, great job keep it up. this got a little more ranty than i wanted, but what I'm really trying to say is stay vigilant.
TLDR; Reddit's infiltrated by corporate influences disseminating false information, probably, keep an eye out.

No, no, a massive hub which can be used to spread ideas/sentiment like wildfire amongst:
last month, reddit had 112,163,255 unique visitors
hailing from over 196 different countries
viewing a total of 5,036,651,180 pages
...would never be targeted for "infiltration"(as you put it), and certainly the wealthy/powerful and intelligence agencies would never have a desire to have a hand in controlling an outlet like that. Gee, what a silly idea, you conspiracy theorist, you.

You can ask them directly or ask reddit-users. The admins probably know off-hand but the crowd-sourced answer may give you insight into why some nations don't like Reddit.

Reddit's /r/AskReddit is clear phishing for information. Assuming it is possible to easily obtain users true identity based on the fact that users provide their ssn signing up for phone and internet service.

It's a gold mine for analytic and marketing companies as well because the answers are like a poll based on the topic.

You had a good thing going until you mentioned reptilian shape shifters.
Now we all look like loons and the majority of people will dismiss the notion, however, I appreciate your sentiment.

This is ridiculous, they have managed to push truth so far into the closet, that when you touch it, the idiots at large think yer nuts.

Taking control of the content on Reddit is transparently simple. Just get one or more mods in the key subs you wish to control. Over a period of time, ban users who post things you don't want posted. Result: the content will gradually became what you want it to be.

I remember this place at 30k, there was a lot less astroturf. But it's still a great place, active. New mod additions are good.
