He's already banned here, for various reasons. The last I can recall were blatant rule 9 violations.

Only an administrator has the ability to ban users throughout the entirety of reddit. If /u/JF_Queeny was in fact encouraging a vote brigade, one of the worst offenses one can make in regards to vote manipulation, I agree that the user should be banned accordingly.
