Number 5 for Russia, doesn't the US accusing them of violating that 87 nuke treaty count? Great list. Maybe even the supplying of weapons to the rebels is 'unlawful' ? U saw how hard the media was pushing that 'BUK' shit immediately after the plane crash. These are really good rules to help ID propaganda.
