ISIS could be really well the planting of a seed to secure the next presidency.

Obama just revealed his 3 year plan to combat ISIS which requires the next president to finish the job. This will favour a warmonger president for the next elections.
It's just speculation from my side but it fits really well into a possible plan from the oligarchs.

lol. While everyone was crying about blowjobs Clinton bombed the shit out of Iraq, Kosova, and Serbia. Not to mention the millions he killed with sanctions.

Don't forgot he signed the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act which gave banks more power and was the catalyst for the banking crisis which was blamed on Bush.

Bush had 8 years. 6 of those years he had a Repubican House, Republican Senate, and Republican Supreme Court majority. Why didn't Bush reverse Clinton policies? Oh, wait -- he did. Every Clinton policy he could get his hands on, Bush reversed. Except for Gramm-Leach-Bliley.

Just a note: I'm not pro bush. I know their all on the same side. Against the people and for corporations/money/power/greed... etc...

Yes but do you know why we went into those places? It wasn't just to blow shit up. Those people genuinely needed help much like many other places suffering from ethnic cleansing issues. There was a documentary a couple years ago narrated by a guy from kosovo. He was thankful the us intervened because many people were dying. It's called the world without the us. Very thought provoking documentary in my opinion.

I guess it depends on if you ask a serb or an albanian. But if they wan't to tally up a body count, I don't it would be a very good ratio of lives saved to lives ended.

everything boils down to perspective in the end

history is written by the victors of war.

Yes, fantastic, I'm sure there are literally hundreds of people that U.S. intervention in other countries have saved.
How about the hundreds of thousands that are dead because of the U.S.?
Nah, a handful of people is definitely worth that price. /S

try millions.

oh shut the fuck up you hateful negative nancy. A handful of good lives saved is worth killing a few more assholes. That i believe.

Because we've never killed anyone innocent...
-2 [deleted] 2014-09-08
Have you ever killed an innocent? Do you somehow think you or I are responsible for the actions of our rogue government? You can lump all the good in with all the bad but i suggest you watch the documentary in its entirety for a little perspective.
The World Without America
I don't condone the things that the us government does. But sometimes i believe they do good. We have to believe that not everything done in the name of the usa is evil...

Yeah nobody gives a crap about that around here. US + air strikes = always bad, all the time.
3 Kuleaid 2014-09-08
We have spent over $3 trillion on wars in the past 10 years. Nothing was accomplished and our economy is in tatters.
Yeah, I think it's time to stop with the fucking air strikes.

Jaysus. Yes, war in Iraq was a disaster. Afghanistan slightly less so. Don't pretend Kosovo and the proposed action against ISIS are in nearly the same vein.
Economy is in shite not because of Middle East Meanderings. Post hoc ergo propter clusterfuck doesn't work

I see ISIS as a way to perpetuate war. We know war only benefits a few and never ending war is the best war.

It's the Hegelian Dialectic. You get a Democrat in to destroy America from the inside, alternate with a Republican who destroys the rest of world. Repeat until the world is in tatters, then install New world Order. Voila!

I think Hilarity Clinton will become the next president. And after the first black president and the first woman president the next one probably will be Condoleezza Rice.

This makes sense, I overheard on Fox News that Jeb Bush may run and all the anchors were getting aroused at the thought of him being president. Another decade, another Bush, another Iraq war.
1 JustADouchebag 2014-09-08
Calling bullshit on this one.
No one likes Jeb Bush, not even Fox News and its supporters.
Fox News wants Dr. Benjamin Carson or Ted Cruz. Nice try though!
