So, corruption starts at a state political level, right? (I mean, sure, there's shit in cities and towns, but it's when politicians get to the state level that corporate interests start applying pressure). A few federal employees (President, High Congress, Military) have access to "TOP LEVEL" information, but really, those folks are just puppets.
