Check out this site - there is a "Royal Court inquiry" going on right now, and a judgment is going to be handed down tomorrow, 3/12/15. The page has contact information for the Judge. It also has a page of medical records which allegedly prove the children were indeed abused and molested. I have yet to go through that all myself, but there it is.

Thanks for the material and keeping us up to date. I started worrying that this case might sink into oblivion... definetely needs more attention.

/u/ichoosejif led me to finding the updates, I'd watch his submissions as well as the first link in this thread. Definitely need to find out what happens tomorrow and go from there. I don't know what time the decision is going to be handed down. Also as far as I can tell there appears to be a complete media blackout on this case.

Just to prepare you, there will be no justice in the court. Especially not for pedophiles. Just doesn't happen. That's why it's the people's responsibility to act.

It's honetly such a murky case that I don't feel capable of even specuating on it. That said, (and perhaps to play devil's advocate) the author of the summary of the medical report suggests that they couldn't have been coached as they admitted to abuse from Mother's partner - I'm not so sure that really follows. It certainly doesn't rule out abuse from the father, but it also doesn't exonerate the mother's partner by any margin, and if anything casts a little more suspicion.

My prediction is they will say the medical evidence is valid but charge the mother's partner with sexual assault - though I don't believe that's what happened.

In either case it's fucked up. I have no inclination to believe either of the two potential guilty parties. I'm just saddened kids have to go through horrors like this.

Just read the first link of the op, says thur 19th march is wen judgement will be handed down from the judge
