Help me boycott Israel

41  2015-04-13 by [deleted]

Hi R/conspiracy, I'm a US citizen and I've been reading a lot of mixed posts about the legality of boycotting Israel in the US. I want to organize a nation wide boycott of every Israeli product known to man and see what kind of press/legal attention it gets. Apparently, pro-israeli groups state that the "illegality of boycotting Israel is just a ploy to drum up anti-semitism", let's see if they're correct!

Good luck. Check your cabinets. If you see a star with a K, or something similar, yep, that's Kosher baby. All that money goes to the Rabbi union which gets sent back to tel aviv. Here you go, check your cabinets :). Shit is fucked.

Also the U with a circle around it.

I love Intel but my cpu was made in haifa, just saying.

AMD it is.

Eat Halal food. It's the best way to ensure that Zionist hand is not in your back pocket.

Is Halal any different than Kosher? How? Aren't they really the same, except Jews get alcohol?

There is a group of people that do this stuff in Ann Arbor all of the time. They interrupt council meetings and whatnot. They are generally viewed as obnoxious by locals.

Raise awareness and this will come naturally.

Since they are an ally of the US, boycotts don't have to be entertained by retailers due to racism/antisemitism. When I was a sales rep for a major computer mfg, we were told to just tell people that we were compliant with all US import/export regulations and were unable to provide any further info about the countries of origin of our parts or components.

Many electronic components and devices are mfg there, and they don't need to be explicitly notated. Forget about healthcare...ultrasound, monitors, so many devices from there...

Don't post on here. Go outside and do it! You on your own does nothing get some real support

how do we stop giving them our tax $

Can someone tell me how to know if something was made in Israel besides it plainly saying that? Seems like everything is made in China

Thanks!

Do you know of anything similar for iOS?

Thank you!

The thing is, there are Israelis that hate their government as well, and they want the things that most of us in this sub want, and they work at some of these companies to make a living.

Its a tough call for me, because I know all the jew conspiracies and I've been out there and met the people and its nothing like I set up in my mind

edit* point being, transcend all dichotomies and dualities. We are all people, and groups that gather under whatever label for their own sake at the cost of others is always bad regardless

pilpul

Its illegal to do that in the US.

Boycotts are legal under common law. The right to engage in commerce, social intercourse, and friendship includes the implied right not to engage in commerce, social intercourse, and friendship. Since a boycott is voluntary and nonviolent, the law cannot stop it. Opponents of boycotts historically have the choice of suffering under it, yielding to its demands, or attempting to suppress it through extralegal means, such as force and coercion.

maybe jews need to boycott israel to avoid an economic collapse. i mean, not all jews, or citizens of any country, deserve to loose their jobs, which is what you are presenting as a good idea.

Having a boycott of Israel is pointless. An endless amount of things are of Israeli origin, not to mention the fact that your cause would never get noticed - at best you would become a mockery among the outskirts of your social circles.

Name the top 100.

... 27% of all Nobel prizes in physics have been won by jews and you ask him to name 100 things?

You do it, then.
