Isn't it amazing how the anti-Russian propaganda just turned on again like someone was turning on a faucet. You better believe there is a reason.

1824 (8 hours ago) Vladimir Putin suggests FIFA probe is a U.S. plot to take 2018 World Cup away from Russia
.............
650+ (4 hours) Vladimir Putin declares all Russian military deaths state secrets

All three of these posts are currently in the first 7 spots, on the front page of r/worldnews.
So 3 out of 7 top viral posts are about the "evil" Russians, after many weeks of barely any news about them (which I was pretty shocked about considering we have been bombarded since before Sochi started).
Its like someone turned on a faucet.
You better believe there is a reason.

They have or are in the process of starting a gold backed bank. We all know the U.S. wants everything oil based currency.
Funny enough, check and see who has been buying up all the gold and who are taking part in BRINCS.

Remember a couple months ago when all over cnn it said putin suffers from autism.. how shameful our media basically calling another countrys leader retarded
-5 nHenk-pas 2015-05-28
Dude, calling autistic people retarded is not ok. He was said to suffer from aspergers syndrome, which is quite possible, but doesn't make him retarded. The difference between most autistic people and retarded people is that they can understand your insult.

It wasnt my insult. As i am autistic the way the media portrayed is exactly what they were doing.

Here is ZetaTalk on the russophobia that took place during Putin's temporary absence 2 months ago. (it is related to the announcement on Nibiru & other interests who're eyeing Russian gas& oil fields):
(This is the behind-the-scenes war in getting an announcement on Nibiru out. Per the zetas, Russia, China & Obama want to get the announcement out. But elements within the establishment including the banking industry, Israel & the media are blocking this from happening. This is why we have seen the spate of banks accepting guilt & fines so as to prevent further investigations. This is why Netanyahu has been poking Obama in the eyes lately & this is why we have seen media personalities like Brian Williams, Stephanopoulos & O'Reilly getting bad press. The media personalities are only pawns & not the main targets. Much of the war happens behind the scenes, according to ZetaTalk)

Maybe Russia should stop doing shady stuff.

Maybe all countries should stop doing shady stuff but I doubt that will happen either

Oh please, talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Every nation does questionable things. The real point the OP is making is the very obvious anti-Russian bias that is spread here.
Try posting all of the shady things the U.S. does and see how quickly it's down voted or removed (if popular). Now if it's putting Russia in a negative light, you can be sure it'll be voted to the top and gilded.

The answer is pretty much: Brainwashing.
Same over here in Europe if not even worse; many here actually believe we must arm & guard ourselves for a coming "Russian invasion" as if that'd make any sense.
1 Mygarik 2015-05-28
Thing is, even if an American were to call their government on their shady shit, the general reaction would be along the lines of "Why do you hate our nation and our freedoms? Don't you realize that we're the greatest country in the world?" Blind, stupid patriotism is apparently a big thing over there.

True, that is another problem. However, the only way we can fix it is by addressing the reality of the situation, instead of perpetuating what people want to believe.

I wonder what your real karma is, since the cap for any account is -100. You've got to be in the tens of thousands by now.

I don't know and I don't care. Internet points don't concern me.

That's the kind of rhetoric that got us involved in Iraq and Afghanistan.
So why did we fight those wars again?
