Yeah. The "government" has been overrun by criminal gangsters. JFK's assassination was a coup, and they've been faking it ever since. Some of them haven't got the memo and still respect the original Constitution. Obama had to swoop in and put a stop to it, because they need to monitor communication for dissidents as the economy collapses.
