Proof, as in cite a study that was conducted, a paper written, something other than just a empty claim. And I am willing to accept legitimate proof. As in it's from a legitimate source and has been fact checked and peer reviewed and multiple other studies have been done/conducted to support it. You know like "hey gravity is a real thing (shows video of an apple being dropped)." Evidence to support the claim.
