I think that seems like an appropriate response. I mean, the latter rebuttal about working with Disney and what not sounds like the same shit that Giuliani would say to make you feel like he was "working hard for your freedom" and whatnot, but if someone asked me a question that I thought sounded completely insane, I would laugh just like that as well.
It was the way in which he freezes up when the guy was asking the question that gives him away. Plus, his response is not normal. He waves it away at first, then indignantly decides to go back to it, as though he realized he'd better answer it or it'll be obvious that he avoided the question. Repeating "that's weird" over and over again doesn't help him either.
It's OK, he was talking about the government's conspiracy theory and when mentioning "the guilty terrorists" he was referring to himself, his family and the rest of the criminals that had a part in this crime against humanity and the resulting cover-up.
