Where does one start researching?

Where does one go about researching the corruption and lies within the US government? How do you go about learning a different history than what has been told?is there a certain date or event one should start with?

bibliotecapleyades is an encyclopedia of a variety of topics, aliens, conspiracies, secret societies, ancients
2 Ambiguously_Ironic 2015-10-30
And it is also banned by reddit sitewide... but your comment here is now approved.

Wow, this site is banned? Why? No wonder none of my posts showed up before
1 Ambiguously_Ironic 2015-10-30
I'm not sure, the reason given by reddit is usually that the sites they've banned were for "spamming" but I doubt that explanation personally. Other sites banned by reddit include infowars and naturalnews.
-1 Skeptitron 2015-10-30
Because natural news and infowars are both great sources. That's probably where you heard they put antifreeze in vaccines.

As a mod, we are curious as to why R has banned that specific site throughout Reddit. Why the mass ban? And why do you allow it here?
What are YOUR thoughts on bibliotecapleyades.net ?? Just curious what you honestly, generally think.

Read all of steinbecks books and try to understand whats happening historically in his books. you'll be a card carrying lefty a year from now, but you'll also be able to strip all news stories to the bone and see exactly whats happening.
1 brokeblvd 2015-10-30
What do you mean by a card carrying lefty haha
2 TR0LL_T0LL 2015-10-30
You'll be a commie sympathizer he means. Srsly though Steinbeck had his finger on the pulse of the struggles for the average American vs corporate greed and exploitation.

I basically have an overall generalization about the way things are run and some of the inner doings but now I'm basically looking for key details and a time line of events.

Start with 9/11, then proceed to the Private Federal Reserve.
1 911bodysnatchers322 2015-10-30
Good simple advice.

Start with the documentary Money Masters. Then Four Horseman. Then you're up and running.

Israel
Learn about how Israel was established and how there's a pattern of other countries being established similarly like Israel. You'll begin to notice the pattern and who and why they're behind it.
The documentaries and other information people posted here are good but will confuse the fuck out of anyone who wants to start off by learning about this type of information, so my advice to you is start by learning about Israel and then watch and read the information others gave you.
1 jawman01 2015-10-30
So what website or documentary should one start with to learn more about Israel before delving into other topics? That would be helpful...

If one would take my advice and start off by watching these videos then they'll dig a rabbit hole they'd forever be thankful they looked into.

First you read this. Then take it from there.

I would suggest the JFK assassination. Not only is that when the coup d'état happened that enabled the elite to take over our government, but on top of that it's a conspiracy that can be proven. For me at least, that primed me for all the rest of the shit. Once you're able to see that a conspiracy of that size can be pulled off it helps when researching these other subjects.
-1 911bodysnatchers322 2015-10-30
You won't get anywhere with JFK, but it's useful as an exercise in understanding how power and authority works, and how corruption can be in your face and you can have absolutely no means to affect it or punish it in the name of Justice.
JFK is a conspiracy that is such obvious bullshit that even when our president ford said the cia compromised the warren commission, and that cia whistleblower Howard Hunt--who was part of watergate and the deposing of guatemalan dictator--told us in Rolling stone it was CIA, LBJ and HWBush that killed JFK, we didn't listen or didn't care.
911 is far far more important than JFK, at least by the numbers. Not to say JFK wasn't important, we want justice for that, but 911 was 3000 lives (not including those killed in middle east) versus 1. It's also divided the country into the bodysnatched and the resistance.

You don't need to learn an alternate history, the official history is enough:
look at the war on drugs,
tobacco,
the way elections happen,
the key proponents of the "two" ( read one) political parties pursuing the same agenda,
the spin on historical events such as Vietnam, the use of the atom bomb,
JFK,
the prison population,
the funding of security; military, police, the alphabets, prisons.
Looking at easily verifiable and accepted truths make it obvious that something is up. From there I'd ask myself some serious questions in regards to big lies: 9/11, how terrorists can operate so freely, why Obama has the record number of marijuana arrests in a single year.
Then you can take a big step back and look for patterns in these things.
0 911bodysnatchers322 2015-10-30
There is no starting point. You find something that seems wrong in your gut/heart and then you start searching for it. I usually start with wikipedia. They generally have an OK general section on conspiracies but they tend to frame them 'incorrect' but giving the appearance of being impartial. Then I look in footnotes and see who found what when.
Also, youtube has a selection of documentaries ranging from good to terrible.
Anything produced by history channel, the learning channel, and MSM is genarlly bad and tainted with misinformation (outdated / unwittingly wrong stuff) or disinformation (purposeful misdirection / subterfuge). The only exceptions to these rules are Charlie Brooker and Adam Curtis' work on the BBC channel 6, somehow they are able to put out dissenting opinions and highly subversive, establishment-critical work that is extremely good.
I tell people, if you want to take the 'red pill' of the spectacle, to dispel the grand illusion of modern reality, watch Adam Curtis' trilogy: 1. The Century of the Self, 2. The Power of Nightmares, and 3. The Trap. If you had to choose only one, watch *The Trap. It talks about how our modern society has, through an adherence to the powers of numbers and metrics; as well as game theory; feedback automata of both a sociopolicial-legislative nature as well as a cybernetic-financial nature; and self-rewriting cultural memes as abusive post-Edward-Berneysian weaponized social psychology; has created a kind of disempowering, disindividuated, depersonalized, catatonic consumer culture 'spectacle' where nothing makes sense, akin to that described in the book Society of the Spectacle.
Curtis posits that this type of confusion / confabulation (he calls this "Oh dearism", a result of what he calls "nonlinear warfare") is exactly the aim of the modern technosorcerors of industry (he doesnt use that word per se) who would have you continue to funnel your wealth upward to them--as a mindless consumer wageslave--via indulgences in fashion and novelty, rather than perceiving things clearly and then organizing for change.
Start there and fan out.
Also, there are 2 conspiracies whose unfinished form is like a splinter in the mind of the public, perennially causing a deep psychic wound from the torment of forcible irresolution: it's the JFK assassination and 9/11. We won't be able to heal or move on unless we tackle these two sources of perpetuating the 'grand illusion' disempowerment of common modern man and thereby inhibiting us from ascending into happier and more well-adjusted (of heart, mind and soul) future forms of humanity.
0 Lorenzo_Canyon 2015-10-30
You just need to go on all the pro conspiracy websites and deny evidence that doesn't coincide with your views. It's not that hard to be a conspiracy theorist.
