I used to follow UFO stuff a lot back a few years ago. There's a few videos I recall seeing a while back that appear to be the same phenomena. I'm not saying its alien in origin, but watch the videos and you'll see the similarity.
Regardless, the video you linked is something completely different. This was more of a space launch. OC Police/Sheriffs just confirmed it was a Naval test launch, but nothing else. I saw everything separate so it wasn't any ww3 shit, but it's weird as shit that nothing was said about it before the launch.
