We’ve been under a sustained “brute force” hacker attack over the last week or so.

In the last 24 hours alone (19th Nov), we’ve been subject to 21,610 hacking attempts

I am sorry to hear this. I use this site a lot and pretty much agree with almost everything they write. For example:-

Well, we can pretty much eliminate the progressives. We just need to look toward the groups who have radically opposing political views. It's a political site, and I don't think they generate much revenue there, so the motive is almost certainly political.

Next is the timing. Note they say it's been happening for about a week. That statement was written on 19/11, which means they've been having issues since the day before the Paris attacks.

Could be coincidence of course, but I'm not a big fan of that.

Absolutely. Gotta keep the war drums beating and the dogs baying, as you say. I think the timing makes it a fair bet someone doesn't want to hear their critical analysis on the Paris attacks. There's so much good information on that site though, who really knows?

One thing you can count on is that they certainly aren't being hacked by progressive activists.
