In Times Like This...

It's Important to remember all the things you've learned. You're the new generation of humans who are paving the way for others to find their personal truth.

Think about the moment when you had an awakening experience and reminisce about the billions who are still stuck in that place you used to be. Put aside your differences and look at all the things we share together in unity. Love, fear, joy and pain ect.

So many of us seem to forget how strange this whole experience is. We live on a rock spinning around a sun within a space occupied by billions of other spinning rocks. When did any of us decide this was standard operating procedure? I don't remember getting that memo :).

So love your fellow beings. They know not what they do. Be humble and wise enough to know you are in the same boat. Everyone is perfectly imperfect.

To be blunt, there are members of our species who a) DO know exactly what they're doing, and b) they deserve no love, respect or well-wishes.

Being in loving acceptance of these monsters will do nothing towards getting rid of them.

No offense, OP. Love & light isn't always the answer.

I'm in accord with both you and OP. We all recognize that some folks are just plain bad, but in the big scheme of things, as things get stranger and harder, the cream will rise to the top, and for the rest, many will realize their error and blindness. These we can befriend. Others, too broken to trust, must be avoided. It's a one-at-a-time proposition.

Love and light isn't always the answer... but most times, it's all we need. People in general aren't as bad as many suppose.
