Full Disclosure: I have executed my constitutional right to extricate myself from the US Income Tax system. The IRS Commissioner received my affidavit on 8/9/2013. Since that day I have been a legal non-filer of federal income tax. I have made the necessary arrangements to not have federal income tax withheld from my paycheck. This is real and the more who become informed and execute their lawful rights the more empowered we become as people

I just want to add I have also extracted myself from the US. Income Tax System by affidavit on February 13th 2015. and will support the U.S Marshals in any and all constitutional actions.

Many down sides. I am a private entrepreneur so its easier for me to not interact with any third parties.

But if you are working for someone else, its much more difficult since the government has convinced employers to be tax collectors.

You actually have submit documentation that you are no longer part of that system when they ask you to fill out tax forms. And even then they might take taxes out anyway which you will need to respond to.

You need to know your rights under common law. I suggest you start listening to Karl Lentz if you are interested in learning the law, he has a bunch of talks online where he answers questions from people that have similar questions. He doesnt personally condone completely removing yourself from the system. Just answering violations of your rights from the man to man realm instead of corporate person to person realm.

Personally I think everyone should learn common law. There is no magic bullet for this. We let this go to far. Now too many people are out of touch with true law and dont know how to extract themselves. And the agents exploit this.

Since you are no longer part of the system are you not protected by it? Could you be murdered and your murderer face no criminal recourse? Also, is this the thing where you change your name to all caps and and then write checks or make loans based off the value that the government has put on you existence?

It takes a bit of work to understand whats going on behind this, you need to understand common law first. Do a search for bill thorton or karl lentz. I cant give you any magic bullets, you have to be the one to decide for yourself.

There are some consequences. You have to factor in any kind of service that requires a federal income tax return, e.g. student loan and most mortgages. I don't have any of these things. But there are still ways to show proof of income without a tax return. Having more take home can allow you to save more and with a sufficient down payment you can find lenders. You have to assess the benefits and decide if this works for you. I only became aware of this after I was assaulted in a South Houston IRS office on April 28, 2010. After the attack I had to know how that could happen and the agents involved could get away with it. That began a journey of discovery that led to this post.
