Well, I searched for it in ourworldindata.org and the only thing I can say is that in first world countries(mainly European countries and US/Canada) there is a higher average than in most third world countries, but that's expected I guess. However, I searched Ashkenazis by world map and found out they mostly reside in first world countries so that explains why first world countries have a higher IQ average.
