It is not as if the police have not been very busy during these protests. They were even going as far as preventing anyone without press credentials from taking the city subway to the subway stop, at the end of the subway line, where the DNC Convention was taking place. They were quite active in preventing people from coming to join in the protests for the last 2 nights.

Of course I have not seen anything about any protests at the DNC convention on CNN or MSNBC. I think I saw a little something on C-SPAN but it was only in passing as I was heading out the door. I have been trying to monitor these media entities as much as my stomach and brain can handle it.

I listen to scanners too. My alerts trigger at 3k listeners. RNC was all the time. Not a single alert for the DNC yet...strange.
