Re: Confirmation # FDA______

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has received your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for records regarding:

.....

The request has been decli! ned for following reason:

it appears you submitted this request twice

FOIA staff may contact you via telephone or email.

It's worth noting that if I really submitted twice, I should get 2 confirmations. I just checked my mail, only one confirmation. and that confirmation number is the one that is declined. No means to contact them.

So I reached out to FOIAdvocates.com

They are not wanting this at all. Good on you.

Get an attorney, this is a juicy case! But seriously though if they do give you documents, they can just redact a bunch of info and you'll be basically where you started :/

Follow through!!!

I want to hear their bullshit reasons or I want to hear their bullshit reasons for not giving you their bullshit reasons.

Either way you are doing the Lord's work. Keep it up.
