Zeitgeist: The Movie

So I just got done with watching Zeitgeist: The Movie on Netflix. While it did do an excellent job at presenting substantial factual evidence of how banks are controlling nearly every government of the modern world and the many ways the government seeks to control our lives, I'm wondering if anyone has done any fact checking on the claims made in the film? I'd love to hear what you all think about this film and whether or not it has an factual basis to it.

the shills will claim its been "debunked" here and there, don't take it as gospel take it as a base for further research

ps 3 comments before this one and all of them are shadowbanned...

How can you tell they've been shadow banned?

the post shows 3 comments and no posts visible, although to be fair they might have been 3 shills i have personally blocked, actually that is very likely considering the post topic

Peter Joseph admits he took some liberties in his first film which was intended to be nothing more than a performance piece. His talks however are incredibly informative and 100% worth watching. Brilliant analysis of artificial scarcity and the flaws inherent in our socioeconomic systems. Do yourself a favor and watch a few of his recent interview on youtube.

Its pretty on par. I prefer addendum due to the slightly hostile overtones of the religious part and I feel it was better put together.

The Zeitgeist movies are pretty cool as long as you completely ignore everything they say about religion.

That was kind of what I was wondering too. Everything with 9/11 and the federal reserve seemed to have a lot of supportive evidence, but the religion part seemed slightly far-fetched and almost too shocking to be true.

Everything with 9/11........

Now go watch September 11 - The New Pearl Harbor, this is the best 9/11 documentary that the debunkers have absolutely no reply to

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check that out.

The second one Zeitgeist Addendum focuses directly on the monetary system. I recommend watching it as well

This, even though some of the information is correct about religion, for some reason he goes off on some tangent of claims without credible sources.

Everything else is pretty much true, barring the slight propagandist twist (tbh almost everything can be considered propaganda) on some facts.

Watch the other two films in the series, they're much better, less tacky and far more informative.
