There was that case of the sniper who killed 13 people, and he blamed it on not being himself in his suicide note, an autopsy found that he had a tumour pressing on his amygdala. If you could replicate the pressure or tumour, chances are you can induce violence, though it would be non-specific and difficult to target to have the person kill someone or whatever.
