It's always been more truthful/closer to reality here...believe it or not. I know people think /r/conspiracy is in the top 10 worst subreddits (as ranked by SJWs and the Future IMF Stewards of America club), but such an assessment is not accurate.
You may have to filter some noise (e.g., numerology based on scrolls written by satanic alien ghosts and similar posts), but at least something closer to the truth can be found here.
Since /r/politics is censored, it's essentially theater with an agenda.
I do notice it a lot more in the comments, illuminati/alien/occult posts usually stay low, but they are fun read every now and then. And I chuckled when anyone refers the hillary as the Reptilian Queen or something similar. hahahaha
it's more... "Satire with a dash of conspiracies that strangely are proven true all too often"
I'm on that, but it doesn't get as much activity as I would hope. They should just be a mirror of /r/politics with Flag indicators for "petty-shit", "bullshit", and "hill-shit". Just so commoners could have a cheat guide for the CTR bs.
people who arent willing to hear a competitive idea hate r/conspiracy
i love seeing peoples differing perspectives here, people aren't scared to tell you what they think here, even if it is batshit crazy, this sub needs a critical mind to really appreciate imho.
Funny you should say that, given people here almost universally hate Hillary, the American government, corporations, gmos, vaccines, Jews, and a good portion hate Muslims just to list just a few. The hate is plenty justified for a lot of these issues, but to say there are competitive ideas and differing perspectives here is a far stretch on most prevailing issues here. Batshit crazy in /r/conspiracy is arguing in favor of these issues, and anything like that is downvoted to hell and denounced as shills because it's impossible anyone who disagrees could genuinely support Hillary or big corporations. Plenty of followers of /r/conspiracy pride themselves on free and critical thinking while calling out the media on controlling the narrative, but that doesn't stop them from blindly up voting content that disseminate disinformation and promote disreputable websites just because the posts conform to their biases.
it has reduced a lot i agree, people must have learned about video compression (note that i can't rule out the possibility of there being smart asshole lizards posing as humans, but i can rule out the vast majority of the so-called proofs)
I was (and still am) rather skeptical about numerology and astrology. But the thing is, if influential people believe in it, it will leave it's mark on events. For that reason I won't dismiss it as quickly as I used to do.
However, there are some real wackos here. Just browse the "new" section here once in a while. It is quite comical, it has become my new guilty pleasure.
I enjoy it all! Information true/false/crazy/comical/stupid. it's all information and the fact that it's not censored, and I get to be responsible for what I censor makes me happy. I like to retain my right to judge things and vent/share them anonymously...
Same. I look at r/politics now and again just to remind myself how fucking crazy it is that the government killed Aaron Schwartz and how pathetic the people who run reddit are.
I think we're all aware of that. Unfortunately, that theatre is still the biggest game in town, and it controls what is happening in the world. To ignore it would be futile and irresponsible, so we engage with our eyes wide open, holding our noses, seeking out the least worst options.
Nah there's definitely people in this sub who don't know that. Or they're people from the politics sub who feel they can come here to talk. Either way it's dumb. Also you don't have a choice so why are you talking about the least worst option as if that's something good? That just proves how much of slaves we are where we gave to choose the lesser of two evils. The lesser of two evils is still EVIL...
Intelligent adults tend towards...pragmatic decisions. If you are confronted with two non-optimal alternatives (would you rather lose $100 or $1000), you don't just give up - you actively select the least worst option.
What has been interesting is watching how the general sentiment towards issues of importance on r/conspiracy and those of r/news and, to a slightly lesser degree, r/worldnews have begun to coalesce into one.
What was only spoken on r/conspiracy is now routinely spoken on those subreddits, also.
True, the mods will keep playing their usual tricks, but that will only work for so long. Any perceived unjust force, no matter how seemingly small it is at first, will inevitably encounter growing resistance. Now that people are trying to speak the truth and seeing the opposing force from mods you will see awareness about corrupt mods spreading. The more the mods delete, the more their censorship will be witnessed, which will in turn lead to them having to censor more and more as posters grow impatient with them in a sort of snow-ball effect which can only lead to one of two outcomes:
-The mods are replaced and censorship ceases/eases
-People will simply start migrating elsewhere to avoid them and those subreddits will slowly die.
It is only a matter of time now until one of those two possibilities occurs. How much time, I couldn't tell you.
Remember the mod from /r/politics that said they don't censor anything in a 7000+ upvote post about Clinton's recent bullshit? The post then gets deleted a few hours later.
Yes... That's what I fear. Plus many times they create a defense by deleting (censoring) a post, but it's disguised as a legitimate deletion because of some ridiculous rule (like rewording of the title).
And that's why r/conspiracy has gone to shit of late. While there are some interesting political conspiracies, I wished that we all agreed that the whole thing is a shit show because the conspiracy goes deeper than one party being corrupt and the other not, and one candidate being slime and the other not. Basically this is politics as usual, one side flinging shit at the other ad infinitum while trying to stroke whatever the populace wants stroking to get their attention. The system itself is the conspiracy. I wish this place wasn't so inundated with politics. Why not just make a new sub for this.
Conspiracy IS corruption. The problem is people think of conspiracy as other wordly. It's just fucking normal every day corrupt business practice, in a group. This sub would be better served to avoid the baseless allegations of spiritual alien shit and focus on real everyday political and economic corruption. Bring /r/conspiracy down to earth.
I think /r/conspiracy does a pretty admirable job of being non-partisan. Sure you have Trump fans here, and Hillary has been repulsive to everyone, but I think everyone gets that it's a "duopoly".
This is the best conspiracy forum I've found so far but certainly it seems there's no place to go where cognitive dissonance won't make people cling to narratives they approve of at the exclusion of evidence.
Actually, this looks more honest and true, than most of what is over there. Messed up, eh?
Truth is, that is how far off track we have gotten.
The only real truth is all the damn conspiracies,
And they seem to be true, mostly.
I completely agree, but r/politics is no place for reasonable discussion. Please, lets just tough out an overly political r/conspiracy until the end of the election. It's been the best place for political discussion, it doesn't help that there have been a ridiculous amount of conspiracies surrounding this election
This sub is definitely better than r/politics but there are still a ton of CTR/HRC schills here as well... Most anti HRC stories are highly upvoted but quickly removed from the front page... While an anti Trump post with under 700 upvotes stays at the top of the front page for a week or more... Hmmmmm...
CTR/HRC schills here as well... Most anti HRC stories are highly upvoted but quickly removed from the front page... While an anti Trump post with under 700 upvotes stays at the top of the front page for a week or more... Hmmmmm...
What? This sub at is core is skeptical of all politics, this election cycle has seen shills from both sides inundate it. It's hilarious to see retards from both sides arguing for their favorite retard.
retards from both sides arguing for their favorite retard.
harboring political beliefs and acting out on it...yeah, you're giving a bad name to retards, they're just tards. the ones to which you refer to, are even more tard than retard. they're like, retardestarders.
What the god damn are you talking about? The DNC is racist? Don't think your new republican is any different from the manipulations of before. Actually it's worse for you since you're the one being manipulated. MAKE AMERICA GULLIBLE AGAIN!
What is this sub supposed to be? A caricature of itself? We should make this subreddit more informative and more political. What is politics but the study and use of power dynamics?
people can post freely here, bullshit or not. Most of the really good verifiable information makes it to the top. Plus it allows for wild speculation with out it getting overly mocked.
Hopefully after Clinton loses the election they get out of there because if she wins you can rest assured her staffers and shills currently moderating it will continue to be her propaganda mouthpiece.
what will happen after the election?
voting age goody goods will stop researching the issues they only looked up so they could 'feel' like they made an informed decision whilst voting for the new puppet figurehead oligarchy crew
It's sad but any obvious point of honest news/ mediation is seen as a vulnerability to the master plan and becomes a haven for misinformation. A point of info like r/conspiracy isn't seen as an obvious point for real news so it gets less restrictions. It's almost like the truth can be reported here using a type of encryption called conspiracy.
I don't agree. With the total corruption of politics subreddit, I find the only place for critical information concerning the upcoming election in the states is this conspiracy sub. I believe uncensored news is another good one. Someone in the stream mentioned another place I have yet to check. Stream? Anyways don't downplay the role of conspiracies in your daily life. A group of people might take advantage of you.
I know that you cannot trust any news sources anymore. Just today, I was browsing Facebook and saw that today was Bisexuality Day. Instead of talking about Killary's obvious corruption, it decides to push anti-God propaganda on my newsfeed. Everyone has same sex urges, but only "bisexuals" decide to act on these sinful urges.
I used to be trans myself, so LGBT things would probably show up in my newsfeed. Most of my work now revolves around proselytizing and trying to save people from hellfire. Thing is, since "LGBT" shows up in my searches, Facebook may assume that pro-bisexual propaganda is something I would be interested in. It is something I would be interested in, if only because I'm interested in the things related to the collapse of civilization. I have tried mindful mediation and prayer to rid myself of urges.
I felt like I was never "naturally" masculine and that I should have been a girl. When I was a little boy, I thought I should have been a little girl instead. Thing is, I would have become a lesbian had I followed through on these urges. I think it is caused mostly by estrogen poisoning in the water supply. Women are getting larger and larger breasts, which I'm not complaining about, but men are becoming more and more feminine as well. I read that LGBT rates are going up, and this could be do to growing social acceptability of it, but the sexual orientation that is rising the most is bisexual men. The way I was able to get out of it was through religious conversion. I still have urges time to time, but I have to find ways to distract myself, because I know that I cannot enter heaven as a lesbian.
I think we're all aware of that. Unfortunately, that theatre is still the biggest game in town, and it controls what is happening in the world. To ignore it would be futile and irresponsible, so we engage with our eyes wide open, holding our noses, seeking out the least worst options.

Well. Facebook is known to analyze your previous searches.

Genuinely curious about your story - what got you into, and then out of, trans culture?
This is a totally foreign thing to me so I'm just trying to gain an understanding of why people do this.

Government by it's very nature is a conspiracy because most times the people in it operate in secrecy. Plus it is powered by stolen $$$.
