So it begins...

They have just closed the bank accounts of RT in England and will not provide a valid reason why. Incidentally, the bank is state (majority) owned. They are now petitioning for the station to be closed down in the UK. Is this the beginning of the blackout before the big push?

I think its just maybe one more step on an ongoing blackout. A lot of times we anticipate the big "moment", the proverbial SHTF. However, most things are integrated into public acceptance by quiet little degrees.

I agree. What worries me is that in the last 24hrs things seem to be stepping up in intensity.

It only feels intense because of the current 'rush' of information. Russia has upped the stakes for months now. Put in is done playing, USA is entering counter measures. The release that the USA has supplied forces in the east with handheld drone droppers is the biggest wake up for me that they REALLY need to limit what is seen over there by our people here. That really concerns me.

The drone information I had not heard yet, that is indeed troubling. I would suggest that it may be time to look for a quieter part of the country for a while.

The government will have to advise us here mainland. The people with rifles would come for them otherwise at this point, and they fear that probably more than anything. So, as long as you can access food, have a decent amount of gas, I believe that's about all your gonna have to concern yourself with.

Yea, true that. Things are getting a bit warmer today than they were yesterday.

As long as it doesn't get incredibly hot, incredibly quickly...

Who? and where?

(Paraphrased from Ian Dale, LBC (British radio station)) 'in the past few weeks there has been a push to remove the broadcaster rt from British television. Several requests have been passed to ofcom for the purposes of finally ending rt's continued propaganda. With the closure of their bank accounts today, it would seem that the next step would be said closure'

cheers for that, I still wonder who is pushing for the removal of RT though. Never heard of a push to remove them
