Suggest Philippe talk to Josh or Eric. They know POTUS and HRC emailed. Josh has been asked about that. Standard practice is not to confirm anything about his email, so his answer to press was that he would not comment/confirm.

This likely means that Obama/Hillary correspondence is in those 33,000 emails.
If Wikileaks or someone else has those and are holding them till November as the rumor has it, this could be the bombshell that lands them both in prison.

As much as I would love to see them both rot in prison, I don't think it would happen. They are too powerful/rich for prison.
