For those who doubt conspiracy theories: Used to be a "Crazy conspiracy" that the government wanted to GPS track all our cars. How many cars now come equipped with On Star?
Forget cars. How many people have a cell phone with GPS? Literally every move you make is known and recorded. But that's also just a big conspiracy......right?
I don't have a smartphone. Nope. Having one for work at one time was enough for me to find another job. I think if I'm on any kind of list man, I'm on the list for people that don't have smartphones. Yep.
I wholeheartedly agree. Have you ever considered Flintstones vitamins? A conditioning tool used to make the concept of taking a pill everyday normal. Hey kid can't start your day without this pill. Fast forward thirty years and we have a country filled with people popping pills day and night.
When you realize the whole HRC campaign and everything that happened around it, MSM, social media trends, CTR, Google searches, ect. Are all controlled by one organization. They are call themselves the Bilderburg Group. Before Obama's first term he and HRC had a meeting with the group, together. Damned, if I can find anything about it on the net anymore. I assure you it happened. When you take into account all the players in that group it all makes sense. HRC had Bilderberg support through the entire election process and continues to have that support. Everything else is history in the making, until the plug is pulled and the green light is lit over her head.
A year from now, HRC will be dead and buried. "Natural causes" or "Suicide" will be the cause. Just because she knows too much. And the, live by sword rule.
You can disconnect the antenna from the system and that will kill their on star bullshit. They have to get to your car through the airwaves, cut the pipe and it is done.
Keep in mind the antenna is often in the windshield as well as through the radio antenna. Make sure you disco both. You might kill your radio, but an aftermarket radio in the car could fix that
I'd think the wire of interest is somewhere on the bus cable between the BCM (body control module) and ECU (electronic control unit). Not sure if the head unit (stereo) is involved in that. However the head unit would likely have the connection for the speaker, and maybe USB/Wifi functions. For something like OnStar, the button and mic are patched through that wiring on the mirror. There you may want to figure the wires out as well, so you can still keep those convenience lights and auto-dimming. I'd also suspect the transmit module is kept separate from the head unit, it's most likely kept on a connection with the BCM.
Might have to search harder or try luck with automotive forums, because the first 5 pages of search results seem to be mostly diagrams for aftermarket stuff. What you want is pinouts, and probably schematics showing bus wiring between the ECU, BCM, head unit (entertainment/nav), and anything else.
Basically you've got to learn to hack your own car to disable certain features while still keeping those you want.
