As far as I can tell, all that email shows is that they have been to comet ping pong. But that is well known, and seemingly common for people in DC. I'm sure there are other establishments they frequent as well. I don't see any connection to the "taped girl" picture and that email.

The idea that the girl in the "taped up" picture is McCann is thoroughly debunked as far as I'm concerned. As you can see in other comments and posts, Madeleine McCann has an eye deformation that "taped up" girl does not have. I admit they look similar, but that is common with young children. And there is a high probability that Madeleine McCann was much older than "taped up" girl at the time of the photo. But again, i haven't seen confirmation of when the "taped up" photo was taken.
