On Assange's video promoting The Wikileaks Files book on C-Span, he said there was about $20 million of surveillance dedicated to him around the embassy, not including MI6. This includes both covert operatives in rooms in neighboring buildings, and OVERT funny looking vans parked at the curb.

When you were there, did you notice how empty the area was? I'm guessing there wasn't a single overt surveillance van parked outside. This would be a clear sign Assange is not inside the embassy.

This a screenshot from the crap video I took earlier just to evidence her presence from my perspective. Not a fan of filming strangers. I'm shit at reddit, posting from phone, so please excuse this mess. Just confused really what she is up to in all this..

Brief summary of today's highly uninteresting events from the time while I was there...

• Arrived at the embassy around 1430
• No sign of people there really
• Hung around for a bit noticing one chap that was clearly loitering in the area for the same reason
• Went over to talk with him
• Both us there for this
• He was not British, works in IT, won't say more as not necessary
• Talked for a while
• He started telling me about everything that had happened so far since he been there
• From many big Green trucks, aka Harrods delivery vehicles going around the back of the embassy to the store, to random official looking men walking the road (not related I think)
• Most interesting though was him saying an important looking lady came out of the embassy at one point, a car was waiting for her, she told car to wait, "im going for a coffee"
• Whilst still talking with him he suddenly says that's the lady there, now we're both looking at a smart lady dressed in all white, walking from Harrods area to the embassy where she got in a car out front. Saying goodbye to two friends it seemed
• It was straight away obviously Pamela Anderson
• I took video soon as I realised it was her, seemed peculiar
• Found it very interesting, o_Õ why was she there again...

My personal assumption is she is a red herring there to intentionally mislead us into thinking he is still inside. But that's only because I presume John Kerry's visit last month changed the situation seriously.

Who knows where it could lead to, and what the benefits will be from this gathering?

Furthermore, it's only a couple of hours. There's no need to judge them so harshly and assume that they don't already make positive contributions to society. Not everyone is interested in or cares about the exact same things, and that is okay. Just because you don't believe in this cause doesn't mean you need to belittle, degrade and act dismissive towards those that do.

It's about raising awareness. Something a charitable person would appreciate.

Unless it got violent and a commotion started, this is less newsworthy than the crowds that gather on Speakers Corner.
