Shillception: The recently appointed r/WhereIsAssange moderator proved for a 2nd time straight that she is new to Reddit in the very thread accusing her of being new to Reddit.
30 2016-11-29 by [deleted]
First...
She believed you could edit titles on Reddit and instructed a user to edit their title:
https://www.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/5f8s3q/newly_appointed_mod_in_rwhereisassange_does_not/
Then, in a total different thread...
She said she is used to editing titles on other subreddits:
Her 5 month old account, which rhymes with CorrectTheRecord heh, was appointed moderator 5 days ago.
She has introduced heavy-handed rules on content moderation:
https://www.reddit.com/r/WhereIsAssange/comments/5f68au/title_content_policy/
And has already banned the passionate contributor and moderator of r/WhereIsJulian for being rude to shills.
In fact, r/WhereIsAssange, to date, has only banned users for insulting shills, but has banned zero shills themselves.

Hijacking top comment:
Just an update:
/u/TheEarthquakeGirl reached out to us again and we unbanned them with agreements they would tone it down.
While still not in a great format you can read the modmail found in the sidebar. We should have a better front end for it soon since the. JSON is not very user friendly.
Screen shot for the lazy

That was tough to make it through, but I'm on board.
Sub is suspect.

Don't be fooled. The moderator logs are fully available on /r/WhereIsAssange. And here is the post that got OP's original account banned:
/u/TheEarthquakeGirl:
The mods had repeatedly asked her to stop her toxic behavior, but she was unwilling or unable to act civilly. That is why she was banned.

Any other sub, sure.
This one? Different story. I don't see the harm in denying modship to someone who looks suspect, even if they're for sure not. I also don't see the harm in having offensive mods. This isn't a political campaign, I'm not interested in seeing the sub grow, I just want proof of life.
Trust is important, and not prioritizing that over every thing else doesn't sit well with me.
I'm not arguing that whereisassange should change, but that I personally can't trust it and wont visit it or engage with it unless through /r/all.

Sure, I respect your decision to go anywhere you like to get whatever information you want. If you don't trust the mods, then you're right to go elsewhere.
I still like /r/WhereIsAssange because:

Yeah, here are the problems with your post:
1) The content in /r/whereisassange does actually need to be moderated. People were posting pictures to vans driving down the street with absolutely no context, and then making claims that had absolutely no support.
2) The modlog at /r/whereisassange is open to everyone.
3) You are assigning categories to people when you call them "shills" for not agreeing with you. I myself think Assange is alive and in the embassy. So that makes me a "shill"?
I've been on Reddit for 7 years, and have been extremely active in the Palestinian human rights subs, in fact, I founded one (/r/Falastin).
But I guess it's all a giant conspiracy and none of us are real people who happen to have a different opinion.
4) Have you seen the post history for /u/TheEarthquakeGirl? Highlights included her now removed post saying:
(check her comment history), and a post saying just:
There's a way to disagree with people, and this is not it. The sub strives to be an investigative research sub, and calling people "dishonest fucks" in all caps is hardly contributing to that aim.

Ah hey there :) This is rich. I definitely remember quite recently reading users calling you a shill, after your big "low-content/ high-narrative" post about "Everything is great in the Embassy you all are wasting you time!"
Nobody should listen to you I'm afraid.
So many well known shill accounts from r/WhereIsAssange pouring into these posts here... Coming to the rescue of their moderator perhaps.

Totes McGoats man. You cracked the code.

pah, how can we trust your words when your name INCLUDES the name trump?
you are an obvious trump shill.
7 [deleted] 2016-11-29
Ah Ok, all those Trump shills trying to help the WhereIsAssange subreddit... how does that work?
If you're actually curious, I'm just vehemently anti-Hillary and an x-Berner. You can see that in my comment history.
1 Stjerneklar 2016-11-29
assange is an asset to trump supporters/shills is he not? not sure what the connection is. or why i should care about your backstory
9 [deleted] 2016-11-29
Wait, so you think Trump is paying people to try to figure out whether Assange is still in the Embassy or not? To analyze Twitter irregularities and dissect phone recordings. Lol ok, why wouldn't Trump just Tweet "WTF happened to Assange" and everything would be over instantly.
Now a wonderful organization called CorrectTheCheckered has actually paid people on these subs to protect the image of Hillary. Maybe they/ you are the ones who don't want to actually help Assange :)
1 Stjerneklar 2016-11-29
why isent he tho?
and look i havent been following your nutjob narrative too closely. who knows who is funded by who or working for who. persuming to know only proves idiocy...
6 [deleted] 2016-11-29
FYI I should add, WhereIsAssange is straight up censored in The_Donald. Your posts will get removed or never make it far. It didn't used to be that way, only in the last few weeks.
3 [deleted] 2016-11-29
I mean yeah, that would be fucking amazing.
I mean, if presuming such things about someone proves idiocy then you presumed your idiocy in your first comment?
1 Astronomist 2016-11-29
They might not be experienced but I don't think they are a "shill". I know what a shill is, check my post history.

Betcha it's Clinton.
-2 DirectTheCheckered 2016-11-29
sigh
I'll just link this to avoid copying it all.
The misrepresentation and thinly veiled attacked are getting ridiculous.
Subs having title change policies imply resubmission, not editing. And yeah, my name rhymes with Correct The Record, that was the point when I created it for /r/politics.

You done deleting your posts? Or were they removed by moderators? Kind of funny how you haven't posted in three weeks and then decide to post three drama threads attacking me in a row.
