To get an idea of whether these default-named uploads are being used in any nefarious way, we need to weight these suspicious vids against the entire volume of search results from this query. How many are there? There must be thousands upon thousands. If even 20% are anything like the first page of results, I would raise a red flag; otherwise, confirmation bias is just bumping up the most perverted results in a natural pool, here like they would most anywhere else.

If I am not mistaken many apps and devices and programs and simply operating systems offer that 'quick upload to YouTube' pretty much almost every app that involves something with recording, whenever webcam or not... So usually you need to have your YouTube account linked with it, but getting a Google account nowadays is easy and Google services are being used by more and more, especially the ones from 3rd world countries (that can be seen in those videos). So you know many kids watch YouTube and want to act like their favorite YouTubers.
Typically these 'makeup' and 'gossip' channels are trending on the younger girl audiences. Kids very often try to recreate their favorite YouTube heroes, which I said is real-life/blogging stuff for young girls and gaming channels for boys... Then there also are all those 'challenges' and 'tags' etc..
So these videos are just auto-uploaded videos.... If I am correct then if you do not change the title by yourself, it just puts the default label which in this case is 'webcam video from' and then the date and time when it was recorded/uploaded. And because kids do things very randomaly on the Internet they usually do not even edit their videos, or change titles or description, but just leave them messy and unedited...
Actually I came up with a theory. What if these trends are launched to get younger children and simply human attention so Google has more data to harvest? Wow, this could be some nice theory...
Explain the thousands of views and that this search term gives results with only kids, and that youtube hasn't taken them down. Hell they took down pizzagate videos. Any thought criminal video that reaches past 20 k is taken down.

Yup these are auto uploads. Certain webcam manufacturers also have different video codes like on cameras, like DSC_#randomalphanumeric. You can really go deep on these. It's the same with security cameras. IIRC there used to be a pastebin of collected unprotected IPs, you can literally just watch someone daily life.
After a few pages in you start getting normal people. As someone above mentioned, the videos with the girls were probably linked in pedo forums, which drove up their popularity and why they appear on the first few pages.
Finding music to remove on YouTube is the same concept as a reverse image search you're just trying to find two of the same thing in a video. Removing these videos would take an actual person watching each one individually to find out what's wrong with it

I think the reason is because there really is not a real little girl behind those account. Two possibilities I see 1. An actual pedo uploading random videos on accounts to attract other pedos and monetize. (A bunch of those accounts are for money with thousands/millions views). So someone did their research on what "sells" so to speak and it's now making money out of it. It's still wrong and it's still exploitation of course. 2. It's a tool to catch predators. If you see how these men seem to comment nasty things on the accounts of little girls, then it makes you think why YT is not deleting those videos, why these comments are still up, etc. If you read the comments they seem to exchange numbers, kik and emails with the purpose of exchanging CP videos and pics so maybe the assumption that LE is behind this is not so far fetched.

Typically these 'makeup' and 'gossip' channels are trending on the younger girl audiences. Kids very often try to recreate their favorite YouTube heroes, which I said is real-life/blogging stuff for young girls and gaming channels for boys... Then there also are all those 'challenges' and 'tags' etc..
So these videos are just auto-uploaded videos.... If I am correct then if you do not change the title by yourself, it just puts the default label which in this case is 'webcam video from' and then the date and time when it was recorded/uploaded. And because kids do things very randomaly on the Internet they usually do not even edit their videos, or change titles or description, but just leave them messy and unedited...
Actually I came up with a theory. What if these trends are launched to get younger children and simply human attention so Google has more data to harvest? Wow, this could be some nice theory...

I think the reason is because there really is not a real little girl behind those account. Two possibilities I see 1. An actual pedo uploading random videos on accounts to attract other pedos and monetize. (A bunch of those accounts are for money with thousands/millions views). So someone did their research on what "sells" so to speak and it's now making money out of it. It's still wrong and it's still exploitation of course. 2. It's a tool to catch predators.
