Not saying it didn't. We need more info. This is like the pizzagate logic, of course there are an infinite number of explanations, and this should make it incredibly easy to disprove. Like infinitely simple. The fact it isn't raises a lot of questions, some of the Catch-22 nature, and the logic of infinities/renormalization is the most difficult to navigate.
This is an issue that should exist in superposition, neither true nor false, until more of the context is seen. Dismissing it is foolish, we eliminate solutions doing so.
