Just like physical challenges, When you challenge an individual's preconceptions they revert to the primal instinct of fight or flight. Neither of which are beneficial to the informer. In fact, it can prevent any hopes of the individual waking up in the future which is why 'they' make a mockery out of such ideas to whom with. Waking up is a process and must be allowed to occur naturally. If an individual decides to ignore the evidence, unfortunately, that is their right.
