Sorry I was at the Gym watching CNN at the 8oclock hour and they stated very clearly that 1) He went to the FBI Anchorage office in Novemeber of this year 2) he told them that "US Intelligence Agencies" were "putting voices in his head" that were "telling him to watch ISIS videos"
Perhaps I can find a video but I swear all of those components were reported.
