If you feel that you have been goaded into violence/action, then you are certainly doing the right thing by posting here, instead of giving in to what is laid before you. I am inclined to believe that this is the primary way that mass-shootings happen- isolated individuals are goaded into violence after being shown subplots that are real or imagined.
My suggestion is to start posting names, faces, and your story. This way, if you are suicided, people will be looking out for the individuals that got you involved in the first place. Best of luck to you, I will be watching for further posts.
