I live here and I have some experience with how DC can be locked down and controlled using well established procedures. The pros that do this are operating at peak efficiency. People that planned mayhem have realized they are way the fuck out of their league when it comes to this town. This town has seen some shit.
They have been working on this for months... any real assassin would be dumb to go for a hail mary at the midnight hour... I've seen the Secret Service lockdown plans... no one of ill repute is gonna be able to get close... the NSA is working for the good guys lately.
They keep snipers everywhere. Guys with guns everywhere. Not to mention cops everywhere. The entire D.C. Police, the secret service, etc will be there.
Unless they are communicating by certified letter the NSA is gonna know well ahead of time... if they couldn't snipe Trump on Nov. 10th with CNN spotting for the sniper then they can't do it now... if they wanted to get him got they would have gone after him at a one of those thank you rallies.... I think those were just a honey trap to draw out the assassins.
That is not how bad things happen ... They happen when there is a mass ploy to dethrone you, and you have not taken every possible and imaginable measure to prevent it. Or by accident unforseen.
Well nothing bad did happen. Except now we have a politically inept leader who has made a few rash decisions already. Not an anti Trumper but I didn't want him to be assassinated either!
