First of all, I didn't vote for Trump and I don't agree with you that this sub is turning into /r/The_Donald. While this may not be a traditional conspiracy, TPP definitely falls under the conspiracy umbrella.
What's the conspiracy in the story?
TPP was a HUGE issue because it was a "pass it then you can study it" kind of proposal.
I remember seeing a vid of a member of some parliament that was video taping his review process. It was highly controlled and restricted. He wasn't allowed to take notes and when he went in to view the actual proposal, he had to stop filming. He was actually going to have to vote on this but wasn't able to take any written notes, ask questions or anything.
The whole TPP thing just smacks of a massive effort to subvert the legislative process, it secrets away the realities, discourages all discussion and/or examination, is NOT transparent and only after it's passed do people realize what's in it.
The fact that Donald wants to back out of it actually seems conspiracy related to me.
