I'm 100℅ certain it's not psychosis or any kind of illness, normal people don't fake deaths, I can't lose contact with everyone I know and they will just follow me if I move, I find that an absurd suggestion. Many targets speak of their harassment following them wherever they go, I was targeted in Iran then US then Iran again and the stalkers always know where I am, their tech is beyond your imagination, a fake death won't fool them.

I am in no position to give advice on your situation since I do not know the details of your life.

If it were me and I felt that this was happening then I would probably calmly move my life style towards a more rural area. Being in sparse population areas would make it much harder for people to follow you without notice. It would also make it much harder for them to be in proximity to use these technologies on you. Unless you believe they are extremely long range?

I would want to do make that transition to prove to myself what the truth is. When it comes to mental issues it is impossible to accurately judge for yourself wether it is real or delusion if you are using feelings alone. So moving my life to a less complex setting would make it much easier to pinpoint what is going on.

Could you give more I formation on what you believe these technologies are and how they function?

A more rural area if off the grid would prevent dirty electricity attacks via electrical wiring in homes. Off the grid would prevent cell tower attacks. It is unknown whether radio free zones would prevent over the horizon radar attacks and satellite attacks.
