Dozens of redditors and anons on 4chan have said they were listening to a police scanner in which 2 Syrian Refugees were identified as suspects, but of course that isn't confirmed.

This is extremely fishy. It fits the idea that those opposing the ban are Muslim and they are trying to convince the Muslim population itself that they are dangerous.
If we don't ever get to know who did the attack, it might as well have been CIA or Mossad.
