What if the Trump administration, in response to the overturning of the immigration ban, planned a terrorist attack to denounce the authority of judicial powers?
My friend and I were wondering the exact same thing, I could totally see Trump doing a false flag operation, given our nation's flirtations with such matters, i.e. Operation Northwoods.
It's nothing special about Trump. It's the entrenched leaders of govt and intelligence that got wood for bombing their own country. Trump builds fucking golf courses. The closest he has come to a false flag is one of those prank exploding golf balls.
With out 100% hard evidence fuck no, they gotta worry about their asses too, imagine the backlash against a station if they directly accused even a unpopular president of such a act right after; the patriotism in this country is so strong it's literally blinding to most of the populous, the rage would be ridiculous because the ones playing it safe would say said station was using the events to advance a political agenda and they would be burned at the stake.
So TL;DR with out 100℅ undeniable hard evidence not a chance in hell
