I believe SNL is giving Baldwin and other Trump administration impersonators so much air time because the average person now consumes so much "entertainment", they're unable to separate reality from fiction. When SNL Trump says something insane, people will associate it with real Trump.

From what I've seen, he doesn't even play a "decent" Trump impersonation. SNL is complete shit, these days. The SJW's and PC Nazis took over, and SNL comedy is dead.....

Absolutely, and it's been obvious and ongoing for years.

SNL is a shit show and the fact that they have to ride off of Trumps popularity is a tell tale sign of where that show's heading.

Whilst I agree with the premise, Trump's not doing himself any favours on the 'insane' front by raging on twitter...

Depends. It allows him to bypass rigged MSM media. This is actually a big problem for them because it means they have to restrain their lies to something that can't be too easily disproven, and called out immediately by Trump himself. As he has a twitter audience of millions.

Or maybe it's just funny!

I mean I guess what they did to Sarah Palin could be considered funny, but now the average moron thinks Sarah Palin is actually how the media portrayed her. Like a blabbering idiot.

I don't know how you can listen to Palin and not conclude she's a blabbering idiot.

Yeah, I'm not even talking about then and I don't watch snl now, I just see clips on reddit and YouTube but your a blind def mute if you don't find Baldwins Trump or McCarthys Spicer funny. Lighten up Woodcutter.

I agree it's funny. I actually just got done watching the Spicer clips and found them hilarious. I still think the skits are created for more than just laughs though.

Jews gonna jew

"That's why I say, I, like every American I'm speaking with, we're ill about this position that we have been put in where it is the tax payers looking to bail out, but ultimately, what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the healthcare reform that is needed to help shore up our economy, helping tho— it's got to be all about job creation too, shoring up our economy, and putting it back on the right track, so healthcare reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending has got to accompany tax reductions and tax relief for Americans. And trade, we've got to see trade as opportunity, not as— competitive— scary thing, but one in five jobs being created in the trade sector today, we've got to look at that as more opportunity. All those things under the umbrella of job creation."

This is an actual Palin quote.

No doubt Palin is goofy. But I believe the media creates highly exaggerated versions of public figures they don't like, and they do it not only to be funny, but to also paint them in a negative light.

Again, a lot of people genuinely believe Palin said she could see Russia from her house.

“I’m speaking with myself, number one, because I have a very good brain and I’ve said a lot of things"

Actual Trump quote

What is this from? I want to see the video of him saying this.

Would him saying this change any of your opinions on him?

If that quote isn't taken far out of context and he actually said it while being serious, it would a bit.

Now having been shown, does it change your opinion at all?

Look up the "Magic Bullet Theory", to some degree I think that's what they're trying again.

Considering that the predecessor to the CIA operated out of 30 Rockefeller Center during WWII, you're not wrong and you're likely onto something.

Just because the entity's successor, the CIA, moved to Langley....it doesn't mean they ever relinquished an Ops center at 30 Rock.

Why take yourself out when you got yourself embedded at the HQ of a national news network during WWII?

Anyone who has studied any ancient history should be well aware that Comedy and Drama conspires within the government to sway the public view on politics.

Everyone is capable of learning this and a lot of the average people rather continue living blind not learning about humanities mistakes in the past.

Implying SNL trump is any more insane than actual trump

I'm a Trump voter. I think they should get Darrell Hammond back to do Trump. He was much better at it.

everyone I know, doesn't have cable anymore, they don't watch fake news CNN or any of the dinosaur media shows. Everything is streamed online or Netflix, YouTube has Tons of old movies on for free, video games, etc. Younger generations don't even know what SNL is, they are basically catering to nursing homes and older liberals
