Yep that's what I heard. It sounds like the main spill way has failed. People are evacuating now, but a lot of highways and leves are being breached and flooded.
I'm trying to find photos or video to confirm this but it seems verified by the amount of people evacuating now. Truly scary situation. Can't believe they lifted the evacuation orders in the first place.
