No. I think Jesus was a great man who was also a wonderful philosopher and preacher who had a great message. I don't think he was a deity, but history just mixed him up with a bunch of older religions/superstitions, and he became "the son of God".

THANK YOU! I was born into a Christian family and sent to a Catholic school, but I never really saw the method behind the madness, so to speak. There is literally no way for just one of the countless world religions to be linked to an omnipotent god. My theory is a deity with many forms that isn't as all powerful as we think.
