SUMMARY: A CIA leaker was suffering from a brain aneurysma and came clean regarding the shady shit they where doing. This is a conversation between the guy he came clean to, Sheriff Arpaio, discussing it with others.

Judging by the content and tools discussed, it is likely that this leaker is the source of the CIA Wikileaks.
